Our Design-Build Process

Consultation and Planning
Our process begins with a simple form then we'll reach out to follow up. After our first conversation, we'll schedule an in-home appointment to find out more about your goals, discuss your needs, and brainstorm solutions.

Design, Budget, & Materials
Now that we've decided how to approach your remodel together, we will create a design that addresses all of your needs and wants. We will guide you through the material selection process and you will sign off on your remodel design. Next, we will offer you a quote and timeline. After a pre-determined deposit for materials, we can move to the next phase of your remodel.

Construction
With a thorough plan in place, we will begin with preparing the site, followed by demolition, and then construction. No detail is too small to achieve your vision. After every last finish is installed and the site is thoroughly cleaned, we will walk through the remodel with you and polish any rough edges.
